10 Gen LOST AND FOUND
“If you don’t get lost, there’s a chance you may never be found.”

There comes a time in one’s life when some kind of an experience: a death, an unwanted change of home, a job loss, an unexpected health issue, come as such a jolt that we lose touch with who we thought we were. Everything seems out of place and the certainties which made up a part of our identification of self, are no longer there.
We feel lost.
Who am I?
What is the meaning of my existence?
What is happening and why?
This is a moment that necessities “holding” and “calm abiding” and no matter what, not giving up but finding a way to trust something much larger than imagined.
In time, a beautiful sunrise will appear on the horizon.
The adage of “losing oneself to find oneself” or of “letting go” may become an unexpected reality.
Of all the things that the Dalai Lama has said, the one I love the most is: “Never give up”. Those words are a little boat that carries us across the great waters.
