In this new series of Zoom lessons, I will continue to offer in-depth explorations of breath, proposing new forms of Pranayama. Despite its seeming simplicity, we will discover new ways into Pranayamaya. Asanas will be kept to a minimum—investigative and basic. One student said: “by concentrating on only a few poses the effects remain palpable with a beautiful lasting afterglow.”


There are many Yoga lessons available on Zoom. I will not repeat what has already been done very ably. I would like to create an atmosphere of curiosity and joy, drawing on observations of great thinkers or poets that open the door of the cosmos to illustrate how much their thoughts aptly apply to a world of Yoga. There is something wonderful in going beyond the limits of positions.
